Returns
Returns and exchanges are not permitted. Product exchange or store credit only if the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Down payment
Custom orders require a down payment of 35% of the total cost, or $50, whichever is greater. If order is canceled for any reason, 35% down payment is non refundable.
Blue Olive is not held liable if the product is lost in the mail or otherwise damaged in the mail. If you need additional insurance please contact me before you item has shipped,
Items will be shipped USPS First Class within 2-5 business days after invoice has been paid.
